In Zapier, you now only have a trigger when a subscription goes from “active” to “inactive”. I would also like to have a trigger for when a subscription is canceled (canceled) so that I can adjust my links accordingly.

You can now (temporarily) solve this by including in the link that a tag is added in MailBlue when someone cancels. And that added tag is then the trigger for your Zap.
