Debtor system must not be active in the event of an aborted payment
Priority
High
Problem description
If a customer cancels a payment during the ordering process and therefore does not actually place a final order, the debtor system will send reminders. You should be able to set whether or not you want that, because it often happens that someone orders later and then simply pays. Then you don't want reminders to keep being sent for the canceled order. In addition, if you do want a first reminder to go out, you want to be able to set that a second reminder does not have to go out. That's not possible right now. We had switched on the debtor system, but turned it off again for this reason. And we think that's a great shame :-)

This was a bug! It is therefore true that it should not be active in case of aborted orders.
