Checkout bargain same product conditions

When selling a product, the checkout deal has the same conditions. For example, that the physical product is only shipped within NL and the other countries are excluded.
As a box office bargain, I have a book with the conditions only shipping within NL. The main product can be purchased worldwide. Now, if someone from the USA places an order, they can also tick the box office bargain. I'll either have to pass on the much higher shipping costs afterwards or I'll have to take my loss.

Indeed, I was looking for the same option. People can purchase the paper version of an ebook as a checkout, but if you're going to advertise via google or FB, you don't want to limit yourself to 1 country or create a checkout and ad set per country :-)
