Customer portal

I want to receive a confirmation email when a customer cancels their subscription via the customer portal.

Every day, I'm answering emails from customers who don't understand logging in with the link. It's confusing, customers are annoyed because, in their eyes, my system isn't working and it costs me time. I would therefore like the option to disable this link and simply let customers log in with a password. An alternative option if it is not possible to disable would be to change the email that comes with the link, so that the layout of that email looks better and so that I can add text that explains what people can do if they are late in clicking this link. It would also be nice if the “login with password” button on the login page were not white, but visible, because people are looking over that now.

Within the customer portal, the customer can change their subscription to a higher or lower subscription.

Now, in the order confirmation, there is a direct link to the customer portal with the text: “direct to your orders”. This causes confusion because people click on it and think they will get to their ordered product. But they don't come there and then email support. I would like to be able to remove the button/link from the email or change its text to “go to your invoice online”.

It would be nice if, in the event of a cancellation/cancellation or termination of a subscription, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email, including the information until when the subscription is still running and have access to it, and/or when the last collection takes place. For both when someone arranges this themselves via the customer portal or when we make the changes to the customer (after they have contacted us).

Indicate to the customer portal that certain products are excluded from change/cancellation by customers. For example, one product could be canceled by customers themselves, but they will have to contact us for another product.

Let customers change their credit card details themselves via the customer portal. Now it is only possible to change the IBAN. Customers should be able to add or change their credit card with a verification transaction.

I would like to be able to see my subscription number in my customer portal dashboard, not just my billing numbers. Very nice if I have multiple subscriptions with you

Hello, would I like an option to make an offer when students cancel their membership? We often see this option when we cancel systems ourselves. We'd love to hear it, greetings Celia
